540i v8 internals for twin turbo setup?

I have a 1986 e30 325 that i am currently modifying at my restoration and custom car shop. I have already chopped the top 2.5 inches in the front and 3.5 inches in the rear. I am going to be putting a 1996 540i 4.4l v8 in the custom tube frame on the front of the car. but my only problem is where to find internals for the motor since i am going to put either twin gt35r turbos or possibly gt40r turbos to acheive my goal of about 1300-1400hp on 110 octane fuel. can anyone help me on how to find a supplier for valvetrain and camshafts and possibly an M5 stroker kit. also new rods and new pistons that may need to be overbored because i dont know what the condition of the cylinder walls is. Please help me because i mainly deal in restoration and fabrication. not parts. any info or leads would be much appreciated.

Choptop,
Did you have any luck on a stroker kit?
I have a 1996 4.0ltr that I want to install twin turbos on, however I am dropping the entire drive train including the suspension from a 740i into a 1963 Ford Fairlane.
