Heyy im lookin to do a engine swap on my 03 VW Jetta, and need some advice on wat motor to swap it with? Help would be rly appreciated!! thnx

What is your current engine setup and code? If you are going with the 1.8T engine, then I would recommend the AEB engine code because of the larger bore.

Same question above. What is your current plataform? Recommendation on is also to go with the 1.8T but I think comming from my advise it maybe corrupted by unfair bias, cause I am a 1.8T tunner, the VR6 is a great engine and a little more easy going to tune, but there is also more money to invest on Aftermarket parts than the 1.8T engine. The roar sound of the VR6 has a nice note, but it's not really my style, I think there's nothing more pleaseant than the turbo sound and a piss-off Blow-Off valve.
Let me know if any more help needed.
