2002 A4 3.0 V6 Intake, Exhaust, and Turbo maybe

I'm looking to start doing some mods to my a4 and want to get some opinions and ideas on some of the the things that can be done.
here it is here:
i heard k&n made an intake but i am unable to find it. so i am here asking about opinions and ideas for the items listed above. also what about some suspension that wont make the car ride like complete crap.

I drive the same car, and i was having problems with the same thing.. I heard that the intakes for the a4 dont help much, due to the well designed airbox stock. For exhaust i actually just cut off the muflers and welded on strait pipes and it has given me a very noticable power increase.. and it sounds GREAT. I can get a video of it up sometime. when i get a chance

I havent seen to many parts for the 3.0. If u go turbo it would probably be a pain to get the engine ready for the turbo, have u thought about selling it and getting a 1.8t a4 or a b5 s4.
