Does anyone know if it's possible to put tail lights from a B6 Passat onto a Mk5 Jetta? I've seen some Jettas with lights that look just like the ones on the B6. Are these custom or can I swap the lights car-to-car?

I think I may have made a mistake in the model of Passat. I am speaking of the 2006-09 model Passat.
